Questions about the ordering process

The ordering process is child's play for you. When you have found your favorite product(s), click on the "Add to cart" button. Then click the shopping cart symbol in the top right to start the purchase process. Another window will then open, asking for your billing and delivery address.

You can track the status of your order at any time. To do this, log in to your personal area and then click on the "My Orders" section. Your ordered items will be listed there and you will receive information about the shipping status.

If you want to cancel your order or part of it, you have one hour to do so. Simply follow the instructions in the confirmation email.

After this hour has passed, you can cancel the order through us. Simply send us your request to the service @sunjoyonline.eu email address or contact us via the contact form. Please make sure that your order number is included - we will take care of everything else as quickly as possible.

Please note:

In order to cancel an item, it must not yet be in the shipping process. If this is the case, you still have the option of sending the unwanted item back to us after it has arrived at your home.

Questions about the payment process

The total cost of your orders will be collected by SunWay immediately upon receipt of the order.

We offer you the option of paying for your order conveniently by credit card, direct debit, advance payment, invoice or via PayPal. You can select the respective payment method during the ordering process.

Please note that we can only ship goods after receipt of payment and that SunWay reserves the right to decide which payment method is made available to each customer.

SunWay attaches great importance to your security. When you register as a member on sunjoyonline.eu, you will be asked to provide personal data. This is data that SunWay needs to process the contracts concluded on sunjoyonline.eu. All personal data is treated confidentially by SunWay and in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, in particular those of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). To secure your data in online payment transactions, SunWay protects it using the latest encryption techniques such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All data you use to place an order is transmitted to SunWay in encrypted form.

Questions about shipping

High-quality products deserve high-quality packaging. We attach great importance to ensuring that all orders reach you safely and undamaged.

To ensure this, we have numerous different box sizes in stock: The products you order are carefully padded with recyclable material and sent to you in appropriately sized boxes selected by our packaging experts.

We have a large warehouse in Poland, from where your order will be packed and prepared for shipping after it has been received. The goods will then leave the warehouse immediately.

If the product is available for purchase, delivery time is usually 2-5 working days. However, delivery times can vary and take up to 10 days.

We commission a shipping company to ship large items. As soon as the delivery is ready, the shipping company will contact you in good time to coordinate the desired delivery date. Delivery is usually made free of charge to your garden by a two-man team. We ask for your understanding that in individual cases, changes may occur due to the current restrictions, meaning that delivery can only be made to your front door. Our shipping company will contact you by phone in good time to coordinate the delivery date.

Returns are processed in the same way: If you do not like a product that was delivered by a shipping company, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to arrange for a shipping company to collect it for you. Of course, you can also arrange a preferred date for collection with the shipping company.

Of course, you will not incur any costs for returning the item.

Of course. As soon as the delivery has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If the goods are being shipped by freight forwarder, the freight forwarder will contact you by phone before delivery to arrange an appointment.

Questions about returns & refunds

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, SunWay grants you a voluntary right of return for all purchases of goods within a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the goods to us free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate the return, contact us via the email address service@sunjoyonline.eu or the contact form . Depending on the size of your order, we will then send you a free return slip or commission a shipping company to collect it. Of course, you can also arrange a preferred date for collection with the shipping company. There are no costs for you when returning the item.

Please ensure that the product is properly packaged before collecting the return.

Once we have received and verified the returned merchandise, the refund timeframe is typically 3-5 business days but may vary depending on the issuing financial institution.

Questions about warranty & spare parts

The guarantee is a warranty that we as the manufacturer provide for two years on new goods in accordance with German law (§§ 437, 438 BGB). The guarantee covers defects that the product already had at the time of purchase.

You can find more details on the back of your assembly instructions. If you are entitled to a guarantee, contact our customer service and we will take care of your request immediately.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept liability for damage caused by natural forces. To avoid this damage, we provide recommendations on how to use and maintain the product in our user manual. If you have any further questions, please feel free to speak to our experienced customer service team at any time.

Yes, there will soon be a replacement shop for the European market where you will find many spare parts such as roofs, nets, curtains and much more.

The article number can often be found on the instruction manual, the fabric label, the canopy or QR code, etc. If you cannot find it, please send us an email with pictures of the product to service@sunjoyonline.eu .

As with the products, we also grant a two-year warranty for spare parts.
